DeviceXPlorer OPC Server Ver.6.8.2 is released.

We released new version "Ver.6.8.2" of industrial communication software "DeviceXPlorer OPC Server".

In this version, specifications have been improved, and bugs have been fixed, so upgrading is recommended.

Main improvements

• Changed the specifications in the case that the value received by RptID or DatSet during the initial communication is an empty string, to shift to the next communication without restarting the initial communication in the IEC61850MMS Ethernet communication function.
• Changed the specifications so that the top level of the item that data type is received by GetVariableAccessAttributes during the initial communication can be specified in the IEC61850MMS Ethernet communication function.

Main bug fixes

• Fixed the vulnerability(CVE-2023-3935) caused by CodeMeterRuntime.
• Fixed the issue where tags with scaling configured were not imported correctly when performing CSV file import of previously exported KEPServerEX CSV files.
• Fixed the issue where clients monitoring a node by subscription were not notified of the quality change even if the node's quality flag became BAD in the OPC UA server function.
• Fixed the vulnerability(CVE-2023-51777/CVE-2023-51778/CVE-2024-22102/CVE-2024-22103/CVE-2024-22104/CVE-2024-22105/CVE-2024-25087) caused by EZSocket.
