“Data source name not found and no default driver specified” error is displayed

This section explains the error: “Data source name not found and no default driver specified.”
Description
This error occurs when the DSN setting used for ODBC connection does not exist in the System DSN.
Cause
The data source is configured as a User DSN, which cannot be referenced by the service processes.
Solution
Since DeviceXPlorer Data Logger runs as a service process, please create the DSN as a System DSN.
*The same applies if DeviceXPlorer OPC Server is running as a service.
