We ask that you complete user registration for each product you purchase.

Information such as product version updates will be sent to the registered user.

Can user registration be completed by someone else?

Please make sure to register the information of the actual end user.
Please note that certain procedures—such as reissuing the Ticket ID used for license activation—may only be requested by the registered user.

Can I change the registered user information?

If you need to change the registered name due to a department transfer, role change, or similar reason, please provide the following information to us.
We will review the details and proceed accordingly.
*As a general rule, the request must be made by the current registered user.
  1. Product serial number
  2. Information for both the current and new registered users:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Any other items to be updated
  3. Reason for the change
