DeviceXPlorer OPC Server Ver.6.5.0 is released.

We released new version "Ver.6.5.0" of industrial communication software "DeviceXPlorer OPC Server".

In this version, various new functions have been added, specifications have been improved, and bugs have been fixed, so upgrading is recommended.

Main new features

• Support the function to import the setting file(CSV / TXT format) of MELSOFT MX OPC Server DA.
• Support the function to import the setting file(CSV / TXT format) of MELSOFT MX OPC Server UA.
• Support Yaskawa MP3300 series.
• Support PATLITE AirGrid "WDR-L(E)-Z2-PRO".
• Support Mitsubishi Electric Melsec iQ-F "OPC UA Unit FX5-OPC".

Main improvements

• Support dynamic tag access to global labels in MELSEC EZSocket.
• Support the function that can import tags using the label name instead of the assigned device when importing System Label in MELSEC EZSocket.
• Support writing to PresentValue of BinaryValue and AnalogValue in BACnet Ethernet.

Main bug fixes

• Fixed vulnerabilities that application behavior changes and denial of service (DoS) attacks by malicious attackers.(CVE-2021-3711/CVE-2021-3712)
• Fixed the problem that communication with the device does not occur when IOPCAsyncIO2::Refresh2 is performed from the OPC DA client in the OPC DA server function.
• Fixed the problem that crashes when the diagnostic monitor is operated while the session name is specified by an empty from the OPC UA client and connected in the OPC UA server function.(target version: between 6.0.0 and 6.4.0)
• Fixed the problem that the time information at 0am is not output properly when the argument is not specified in the Format function of the time class(COleDateTime) in the script function.
• Fixed the problem that communication does not recover when reopening in EZSocket communication with iQ-R (F) series.(target version: between 6.3.0 and 6.4.0)
