[Issue Resolved] Announcement Regarding License Page Access Being Disabled (Updated 10/23/2023)

At this time, we would like to inform you that the error, which occured on October 19th, 2023 at 0:15 AM(UTC) and led to disabled access for the software license activation page, has been resolved. 

It is now possible to access the software key license activation page without any restrictions.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.

At this time, the error is still ongoing. 
To handle this error in the server hardware, server hardware replacement is currently underway. 
The following areas are affected by this error:

  • For customers, software key license activation, deactivation, and transfer are currently disabled.
  • For our team, a stoppage in hardware key production (affecting new shipping and exchange support)
