Number of products that can be ordered at a time
Please put one in the cart when two or more same products are bought because the amount of the product put in the cart is "1" unit. However, the number of products that can be ordered at a time becomes 15 or less. When two or more products are ordered at a time, two or more products can be downloaded with one Sm@rtCertt.

Email address
This cart system needs the email address as a means to confirm customer's input information. It is a system that continues the procedure of payment from URL to which "Procedure of online sales" mail (confirmation of order mail) is transmitted automatically, and described when ordering information is input. Moreover, we will inform of URL of Sm@rtCert with the "Thanks for your purchase" mail in the download sales after completing payment. Please confirm the mail address that can be used ahead of the order and confirm it is possession.

Download guaranteed term
Please complete the procedure paid within 24 hours after transmitting "Procedure of online sales" mail (confirmation of order mail). When 24 hours or more pass, the order is automatically canceled. Please download the main body of the product by using Sm@rtCert within 30 days after payment is completed. If it is from same PC, download is possible up to three times or less. Please it doesn't download it when you pass the 30th.

Download time
There is a product for the size of the file to exceed 50MB according to the module, too and because it takes time for download, it is recommended to be downloaded in a broadband environment. Rough download time is as follows.
