Customers of the FAWEB Online Shop ("Online Shop"), a website operated by TakebishiCorporation ("Takebishi"), ("Customer(s)") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions when using services provided by the Online Shop ("Services") and purchasing products.
Download Sales is the services that can be used regardless of Japan/foreign countries. Package Sales is the services that can be used for the customer in Japan.
It is not applied by the customer in Japan because it describes this rule for an overseas customer.The customer in Japan should refer to Term of Use of a Japanese version.
Terms of Use Scope and Revisions
These Terms of Use is applied about the use of an online shop by the customer. Takebishi may revise these Terms of Use without prior notification, and Customers shall agree with said revisions.
User and Usage Region
This service (English environment) is provided for an overseas customer as a rule, and it is also possible that the customer in Japan buys it.
Products Handled
Customer may order products listed in the Online Shop according to the prescribed method. Types, prices, versions, etc. of products handled may be subject to change without notice. The products bought by download cannot be resold to the third party.
Terms of Payment
The payment for the amount of products purchased in the Online Shop shall be payment by lump-sum payment with a credit card specified by Takebishi. In the case there occurs a dispute related to said payment between the Customer and the credit card company, the dispute shall be resolved between the Customer and the credit card company.
Product Exchanges and Returns
Takebishi does not accept exchanges or returns for products sold via downloading.
Refunds
Takebishi does not provide refunds for products sold via downloading because returned products cannot be accepted.
