The MELSEC OPC Server supports OPCDA3.0 and each SCADA or VC/VB application can access it. Please use to standardize application interface.
It supports MITSUBISHI PLC, MELSEC-Q series, MELSEC-QnA series and MELSEC-Q series with almost of interface, Ethernet, MELSECNET, CC-Link, CPU port and so on. Functionally, it makes suitable schedule by using random read/write command for more high speed communication.

Port Configuration |

When Ethernet is used, The MELSEC OPC Server supports multiple Ethernet adapter and both protocol TCP/IP and UDP/IP. In the case of using multiple adapter, it is able to select some adapter in adapters list on computer. The DHCP system that dynamically allots IP address can be used.
Concerning Interface Board, it supports some type of board. For using CPU port and ladder logic test tool, it will need GX Simulator software supplied by MITSUBISHI. Interface boards can be installed up to four personal computer.

Device Configuration |

In 'Device Configuration', it will be configured for physical device, network address or PLC types or something else. In simulation mode, it will be returned random data and provide smooth debug work without PLC.

TAG Configuration |

This will link TAG name and PLC device name. The tag has some data type, double word, string, bit and you will be able to select any type for each TAG. Normally, it is not necessary work to register all items because TAG is registered by client application. It is used with scale configuration or device monitor.
