It manages configuration of communication protocols such as PLC types, physical interfaces etc. The tree view supports three kinds of sorting. It is possible to sort in order of "Device name" and "Port name", and to sort it in the environment where some PLC makers together in order of "PLC type".


Tag View
It manages Tag informations. It displays a list of Static tags, and monitors values, it can write value to PLC.



Device View
The dialog corresponding to the PLC type is displayed. The parameter etc. that exceed CPU type and the network hierarchy and access it can be defined.



Port View

It defines communication parameters such as IP address and the port number of Ethernet , the baud rate etc of RS232C.

Option View
It defines parameters such as simulation mode , DDE communication etc.



Message View
It displays some informations such as communication status and error code etc. in real-time. It is also possible to resolve sytem troubles by tracing log files.



Diagnostics View
It can confirm the number of the client accessed to DeviceXPlorer, a total number of tags, and the Status of communication.

  Tag It introduces the tag functions such as dynamic tags, system tags, the data type specification, and scaling.

  Diagonostics Please test the diagnostic function to correspond also to the trouble immediately.

  Reliability It is possible to use OPC Server at ease. Because it is confirmed to connect with all OPC clients by the OPC Interoperability Workshop in Japan and US. In addition, it is confirmed to fill the specification by the OPC Compliance Test.
