The setup of core product "Industrial application server" (AppServer and abbreviation) corresponding to latest architecture "ArchestrA" of the Wonderware Co. is verified. It seems to be able to operate it without using server OS.

Try to install AppServer |
AppServer operates on server OS such as Windows Server 2003, and needs SQL Server 2000/SP2 or more. From usually to considerably troublesome work for first one though it is not wonderful work for engineer to whom setup of SQL serverFirst of all, because AppServer doesn't operate normally when it makes a mistake in the installation option of SQL server, it explains the point that is the correct setup of SQL server. The setup manual of SQL server included in CD of InSQL (English) is recommended to be seen about a concrete installation method.
- If "SQL Server 2000 personal edition" is set up instead, AppServer can be operated because usual SQL Server 2000 cannot be installed when it is made to execute excluding server OS such as Windows XP Professional.
1. Setup Type
"Custom" is selected as a setup type.

3. Attestation mode
"Mixture mode" is selected.

2. Service Account Settings
"Use the Local System account" is selected.

4. Windows Locale
"/that doesn't identify SQL collating sequence/dictionary order/capital letters and small letters 1252 character set" is selected.

Next, please install the service pack when it is possible to do here. There must not be place where it loses one's way if the method of installing SP sees the setup manual of SQL server included in CD of InSQL (English). Because AppServer is installed at the end if the setup of SQL server ends, SQL server is made to work by reactivating PC.
AppServer is installed like the default setting.
When AppServer is started after the installation is completed, the following screens are displayed.
