<IMPORTANT NOTICE>DAServer 49.7 Days Problem

As respect of DAServer products, "a stop of updating the tag" has been turned out under a specific condition.


ISSUE
When 49.7 days (For the 49 days and 17 hours) have passed since PC started, DAServer stops the communication with PLC. As a result, tag value of the client application such as InTouch/InSQL become not to update. (Refer to Wonderware announcement as Tech Alert 76.)


CAUSE
This issue originates in Wonderware common component.


VERSION
This issue has been occurred by all DAServer of Takebishi/Wonderware (all versions.)


SOLUTION
Wonderware is checking and fixing the problem, and more times shall be required till the solution completely. Please evade by restarting PC before 49.7 days have passed since PC started. We will inform at that time that Wonderware will be able to resolve this issue completely.
- In the case of using InTouch, you may evade by switching the screen.
- The PC starting date can be confirmed by Windows Event Viewer. Moreover, the tool that can monitor the elapsed time is prepared. Please contact to us at your request.
